BLAH

SOUND FAMILIAR?

There's a great interview with Terry Taylor at wrestlingobserver.com, conducted by Paul Nemer that caught my attention. The link is

if you want to look for yourself.

I found it pretty humorous because back in December & January, "the sheets and smart marks" would have told you that Triple H & all his loyalists will say "The 'sheets' and smart marks think he doesn't do enough jobs, etc... That's Bullshit.....if you think I am wrong, check it! The rating when HHH was out and what happened when he returned. The week after he returned they continued to climb." Allow me to take you on a trip down Memory Lane:

Survivor Series (11-19) 2000: Triple H, while inside of a car, gets dropped from a forklift by Steve Austin during their match. Even though JR wonders the next night on RAW if he died or not, Triple H escaped the match without jobbing.

One week later on RAW 11-27-00: TRIPLE H NO-SELLS DEATH and runs in on Austin's WWF Title match against Champion Kurt Angle, costing him the title. Even though Triple H's back is killing him & he should be off of TV selling the car angle, he remains on RAW & Smackdown in a non-wrestling capacity until the Armageddon PPV on 12-10-00, where again, he does not job.

From there, RAW's ratings & the WWF's overall TV numbers take a HUGE hit from having to air on Christmas & New Years Day (not to mention the move to TNN with almost zero promotion because of USA's lawsuit was only 2 months old). Steve Austin's storyline is centered around him getting a title shot, one-on-one with Kurt Angle. He harasses Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley (ripped her top off!) & finally gets what he wants from Vince.

The big match is set to take place on the 1-8-01 edition of RAW. Christmas & New Years are over and the 'sheets' and smart marks are waiting for Triple H's return so that he & his loyalists can say "The 'sheets' and smart marks think he doesn't do enough jobs, etc... That's Bullshit.....if you think I am wrong, check it! The rating when HHH was out and what happened when he returned. The week after he returned they continued to climb." Sound familiar? Everyone was excited about this match, hoping for any sort of finish whatsoever... except for Triple H interference. The match ended when Triple H ran in after Austin hit the Stunner on Champion Kurt Angle and cost him the title. Again, sound familiar?

Now fast forward back to March of 2001. Here's what Terry Taylor, friend & loyal supporter of Triple H had to say: "The "sheets" and smart marks think he doesn't do enough jobs, etc... That's Bullshit.....if you think I am wrong, check it! The rating when HHH was out and what happened when he returned. The week after he returned they continued to climb."

Again.....

sound familiar?
