THE PEOPLE'S COLUMN Hi, hello, and welcome to The People's Column. My name's Andy and I am your host for this weekly ride of fun. Before I begin this week's festivities, I guess I should follow the usual format and tell you a little about me. Umm... I'm 18, I'm a first year college student with plans on going into journalism in the future. I live in Georgia, yet I seem to come off as anti-WCW at times. It's not that, it's just that I'm a big WWF fan. I am also a Jerichoholic. Well, that's enough for now. If there's anything else you want to know about me, just ask. Before I begin with the main part of the column, let me do something else. First, rest in peace Gorilla. I won't lie and say I was a huge Gorilla fan, but there were times (mainly when he and the Brain would argue) that he was awesome. Gorilla, wrestling needs more guys like you. See you in the big ring in the sky. Also, my prayers and best wishes go out to Droz. Over the last few weeks I've become a big Droz & Prince Albert fan. Get well Droz! OK, onto the column. This week, I'm copying a format a writer does in our local newspaper... I'm going to ask a lot of questions. If you want to answer, go for it. If you don't... be that way. Anyway, here's Andy's questions on wrestling today. Why hasn't the Rock been a part of Celebrity Deathmatch yet? Did Goldberg ever get one of his cards from Meng? Where is Saturn's dress? How humiliated did Juvy feel after the Rock talked smack about him on last week's Raw? If Ric Flair and Sid got into a feud, who would Charles Robinson root for? Does Scott Dickinson miss Chris Jericho? Does WCW miss Chris Jericho? If Taz is so tough, why is he named after a Looney Tune? Why does Joel Gertner wear that dorky neckbrace thing? Does anybody else want to know how "The Blonde Bytch Project" was going to end? If you had the choice of taking any of the hos or taking on the Godfather, which would you take? Why doesn't "The King" ever wrestle in the WWF? Who else wants Ryan Shamrock back? When is Chae going to admit her love for me? When is Spice going to admit her love for CRZ? Whatever happened to that Mero woman? Would anyone care if Yurple never showed her face again on WWF TV? How long until WCW signs Yurple to face the Maestro? Why do we possibly want to see Moolah and Mae Young in the ring? What's with Konnan's fetish for vegetables? What possessed WOW Magazine to call Nicole Bass beautiful? Are you one of the millions? Are you one of the dozens? When is Tony Jabroni going to get attacked like JR does? If ICP never showed their face in the WWF, WCW, or ECW again... would you give a care? Will Vince Russo let his son watch Nitro? When is Mr. Bob Backlund coming back? Why isn't Maria Felipe at least on Heat? Does anyone watch Thunder? Has anyone missed Roddy Piper and his '80s jokes in the last few months? What if Kevin Nash came out as Oz and took Ernest Miller's red shoe? Why doesn't Stevie Richards try coming out in the Giant Gonzalez costume? Why doesn't Stevie Richards dress like the Red Rooster next time Terry Taylor interviews him? Exactly how much does Paul Bearer weigh? Will Mo and Oscar come back to feud with Viscera? When Pierre comes back to the WWF, will he use that awesome song the Quebecers used? ("We're not the mounties...") Is Public Enemy wanted by anybody? Is Eric Bischoff wanted by anybody? Does anybody else remember T.L. Hopper?
