PPV PREDICTIONS: SURVIVOR SERIES

On Sunday, November 15th 1999, The World Wrestling Federation brings us the 10th installment of one of the most popular ppv's going today, SURVIVOR SERIES. Much has changed since that first ever Survivor Series; the card doesn't centralize around one guy trying to survive "the game." In this years offering, the WWF did put a couple of the original style survivor series match's, but just between you and I, this year's card looks pretty darn good...

  • Steve Austin v. The Rock v. Triple H for the WWF Title

Now, in the past, you'd go with the fan favorite. So, that would lead you too believe, The Rock is going to leave SS with the WWF title, HOWEVER, in the past couple weeks, its looked like Vince McMahon may infact be in cahoots with Degeneration X. But, if you watched Smackdown! this past Thursday, well, then you might be swerved to think McMahon is in fact NOT in cahoots with Degeneration X. Then there's the rattlesnake. Many have said, that McMahon wants to turn Austin heel. What better way then to join Dx? Cause The Rock the match, and job to Hunter...sure, It won't happen, but it's definitely an option. Myself, I wouldn't be too suprised to see The Undertaker comeback Sunday night, and cost Triple H the title.

    Winner: The Rock.

  • Chris Jericho v. Chyna for the IC Title

This may be the most anticipated man vs. women match EVER. Chyna has been nothing but brilliant in last few weeks, cutting promo's even The Rock would be proud of. However, the WWF did drop a hefty chunk of change in the pocket of on Ayatollah of Rockarolla, so I wouldn't be too suprised to see Chris take the IC belt..but wait, hold on. Wouldn't it be GREAT if Degeneration X came to ringside, and helped JERICHO! I'd mark out for that, how about you?

I'm gonna go with a realistic view of this, and say, Jerchico won't be joining Dx, but someone will interfere in the match, most likely, Stevie Richard's.

    Winner: Chyna

  • X-Pac v. Kane

Hmm, I'm not really looking forward to this match. I've never been much of a Kane fan, but, I could definitely seeing Torrie turn on Kane, and join Degeneration X. [ Is it just me, or are there too many people joining DX tonight? :) ]

I often wonder, will Kane ever get a shot at the world title? If someone is so invincible, why does he never get the coveted title shot?

And who here wants to see someone shave that muff on X-pac's face? Me Me Me!

    Winner: X-pac

  • The Holly's and Too Much v. Edge/Christian and The Hardy Boyz

Wow, this match, on paper, looks AWESOME! Can't you just imagine Edge and Christian in the same stable as The Hardy Boyz? A high flying horseman group, if you will. 3 of the 4 teams here a legitamite title contenders, can you pick the team that's not?

    Give up?

Your right, The Holly's have about 1 minute of fame left, before there sent back to jobberville if you ask me. Granted, they have some good moves, but can I tell you something? There BORING! I can't stand listening to Bob Holly. Ugh! Shoot him, put him out of his misery. Seriously, the guy is terrible on the mic.

And to me, The Hardy Boyz = Future.

    Winner: Edge/Christian/Hardy Boyz

  • Boss Mann, Prince Albert, Viscera and Mideon v. The Big Show, Taka, Funaki and Blue Meanie

Took me a minute to begin this prediction, I was laughing so hard! Why? Vince, why? The booking of this match resembles that of a WCW card. No rhyme, no reason. I heard that Boss Man, Prince Albert, Viscera and Mideon plan on going to dinner before the card, um, good luck to the restaurant they pick! WOW. You got about, 1300 pounds of man just in that team! Oh, wait, that's the weight of TBS and BM :)

This match bores me, I might scan the channels while this one's on. Can you blame me?

Winner: Boss Mann, Prince Albert, Viscera and Mideon

  • Val Venis, Mark Henry, Gangrel, and Steve Blackman v. The British Bulldog and The Posse.

This match looks to be an entertaining one. But, arent both teams heel? Isn't that a no no in booking terms :). I feel bad for The British Bulldog, though. He looks to be a loner in this match, because from what I've seen, The Posse aren't all that much.

Winner: Val Venis, Mark Henry, Gangrel, and Steve Blackman

  • Godfather, D'Lo Brown and The Headbangers v. Acolytes and Dudley Boyz

I think this is where the Dudley Boyz get serious. They've been in the WWF for about 2 months now? I think It's time they start destroying opponents. The Headbangers are NOT over. They are boring, predictable, and blah. The Acolyte's have been really entertaining the last couple weeks.

Watch out for the hoe's !

    Winner: Acolytes and Dudley Boyz

  • Mankind and Al Snow v. New Age Outlaws

Ah, isnt life great when the NAO's are back together again? I'm gonna come out of the closet right now, and profess my love for the New Age Outlaws. Sure, they may not be the best fundamental wrestlers, but they sure are fun to watch!

Mankind is good, Snow is awful. And I can already see a feud between the two.

I wouldn't be too suprised to see one of the upperechelon of tag teams to come out, and interfere in this match...Dudley Boyz?

    Winner: New Age Outlaws
