NITRO WINS MONDAY RATINGS!

Really, Nitro did win the closest ratings battle in a long time. They gave up almost half of the quater hours, but hey, who's counting. They also ran unnopposed in half the country, but who cares! Nitro won last Monday! Take that tennis!

In a related note, UPN just perchased the rights to the Westminster Dog Show and this week will begin airing it every Thursday night. Ha!

I just want to congradulate whoever came up with the idea of the new WWF tag champs, Team Ravioli. Two of, in my opinion, the best mic workers in the WWF right now. Ok, I'll concede in my markdom for a second and admit that The Rock really isn't very original, and kinda flounders when he has to improv, but he OWNS the damn crowd. Watching Mankind and Rock play off of each other was a real treat for me, but you know what the best part was? Before they teamed up, they addressed their rivalry from 6 months ago, albeit briefly. SEE Nitro? SEE how little effort it takes to give your storylines a little believabilty?

Hogan: "Oh ya, since DDP broke my knee, I started really liking Sting and Goldberg."

Speaking of ol' Hulky, does it look to anyone else that Sting is quickly becoming Hogan's new little Macho Man? Just saying, that's all.

Another great payoff ending for Nitro this week,or at least that's what I've read. I wouldn't really know, because after the Hogan/Sting/Luger argument, my friend and I decided to just give up trying to watch Nitro and play WWF: Attitude until 11 when Raw came on. Damn East Coast.

Don't forget to watch Shasta McNasty with TBS on UPN after WWF. So... many..... letters........

On a very related note, I saw the Sixth Sense tonight and it had a very nice ending. That's all I'm saying.

In record time, Titan (I refuse to admit that Titan is gone!) has a new Jericho shirt. It's a simple Y2J shirt which will of course sell big. Now let's compare the number of WWF Jericho shirts to the number of WWF Paul Wight shirts. Hmmmmmm...

I'm gonna be at the Raw taping this Monday, so I'll try to get the results up as soon as I can. Actually, come to think of it, it's only on a two hour delay...

Now that WWF has officially reestablished a thriving tag team division, they've decided to let the main fight for the belts be between two non tag teams, TBS + Taker, and Rock + Mankind. Don't get me wrong, I love the Rock / Mankind team-up, but why have half a dozen tag teams if they're not gonna be used aside from filler? Lots of "Nuber One Contender" matches, but the belts just stay with the previously mentioned two teams and occasionally Kane + X-Pac, who just barely qualify. Grrrrrrr...

In closing, the contest this week is whoever emails me the most original and funny Raw or Nitro booking will get... uh... uhm....... will get something really cool. And it will get printed in my next column. I love you all,
