BLAH

IN THE ZONE

I wasn't going to write a column at first, but I decided it might help. I am in the middle of the worst flood in Eastern NC since the turn of century. Tens of thousands of people are homeless from the flood. It's a sad time here now and I just thank the lord that I live south of the river. We are still getting the affects like no water and the threat of no electricity. I am so looking forward to going to Unforgiven and Raw this weekend. Not only to get away from all this sadness but to have one hell of a good time. Enough sad stuff, let's get to wrestling. Raw was great last night, I really enjoyed it.

Let me start with the mixed tag team match between Test/Stephanie and Jeff Jarrett/ Debra. Great action between Test and Jarrett, although I still believe that the WWF is not using Jarrett to his potential. He is a much better wrestler then that. Sure the WWF may be setting Jarrett up for a loss at Unforgiven but the guy has so much potential. Debra backing away from Jarrett wasn't too smart either. That just got her in a figure four-leg lock. If the WWF wants to portray Jeff as a heel then Debra needs to go. The chants after Jeff let Debra out of the Figure four were intense. He finally got the heat his character is supposed to have. The WWF bookers should listen and realize that Jeff is better without Debra.

I will be jumping around a lot so just live with it…LOL! What's up with Stone Cold. Reinstating Vince just for a title shot, which he would have received anyway. I guess I am glad to see the silly bastard back, I missed him. Who will Stone Cold be facing. I hope for Kane to win the big Six Pack match but I have to go with the number one heel in the business and that's HHH. Look for HHH to win that match and face Stone Cold.

Where has X-pac been? I haven't seen him in weeks and to be quite honest kinda miss the little bugger.

Anyone watch Nitro last night? Missed it myself, Let me know if it was watchable. Without Bischoff I think they may catch up with Raw in the ratings. Although Eric did do the best he could, or better yet what he was told to do.

Speaking of doing what you are supposed to do. I just don't think Kane did what he was supposed to do. Undertaker looked pissed. Maybe the WWF will get this feud going again. Great matches between both the Undertaker and Kane. Who could forget the endless inferno matches between the two. Some of my favorite WWF matches are when these two guys are against each other. Of course the Undertaker is hurt and really needs to heal so until that day have Kane face the Big Show. Another feud cut short way before it should have been.

I am hoping that Ivory will lose the title at Unforgiven. Luna has been deserving of that title since her days of feuding with Sable. Luna is one hell of wrestler, she may not be A Sable , or a Tori, but I thought wrestling was about ability not looks?

Speaking of looks, where the hell is Christian and Edge. I rather see Christian before Edge but damn I haven't seen either in weeks. I have a plea and I know a lot of people will agree with me. Get the tag teams belts away from the heavyweight contenders and give them to the hard working middle carders who deserve it more. The tag team division is looking incredible good now. We have Christian/Edge, The Hardy Boys, The Dudley Boys, Droz/Prince Albert, Mideon/Viscera, just to name a few. Get these guys in the running for the title and quick.

Did the Rock have a fever last night, he could have easily slammed that Lady, but instead he showed how nice he can be. Singing her a nice Birthday song, and giving her 100.00. Damn I need a 100.00 why couldn't it be me.

The match that left a lot of impact I guess and made Raw what it was last night was the Shane/Test vs Chyna/HHH. The match was incredible and Shame just continues to amaze the hell out if me. He has some great moves and hell that sphere looks great. Better then Goldberg, almost as good as Edges. Shane must be taking lessons from the Hardys on all those high flying moves. Shane is moving up there and finally everyone can call him a wrestler. The guy is better then half the roster , he deserves the respect.

As I close, just remember that I will be at Unforgiven in less then a week and I can't wait. A lot of my friends lost there homes in this flood so I ask you to keep Eastern NC in your thoughts and prayers.

Until next week

Keep it Real
