BLAH

IN THE ZONE

Hey all, I wasn't trying to be slack last week, I just had a lot of junk going on all at once and I was busy. My car was broken into and everything stolen out of it and I swear to god if one more thing goes wrong with that car I am going to scream. Not that I haven't already I hate insurance companies and I hate my car. On that note I hope everyone's week was better then mine and I hope you all enjoyed the best pay per views in months. On that Note:

HIT MY MUSIC:

Okay so again I chose not to watch Nitro although I heard from Rebecca that WCW.com was running a poll for the main event on Nitro. Now I heard that it was going to be Booker against 1 of 10 men they had listed on their poll. Rebecca informed me that Lance Storm, Billy Kidman, Mike Awesome, Bill Goldberg and more were listed. Now I want to know what Internet fans chose Bill Goldberg. HELLO, the word for today is setup. I didn't see the match so therefore I can't comment on it but I am so sure that a Kidman/Booker or a Storm/Booker match would have been ten times better.

Enough about a show I chose not to watch, hey there was a great show about maximum-security prisons on Discovery. It was so much more interesting then WCW wrestling. Sorry just my opinion.

On to the PPV:

I just absolutely loved every minute of the PPV. It delivered in so many ways and I am very proud of the WWF for putting on the show that they did. I was thinking that the card seemed a little lackluster but hey they delivered.

Instead of going over each match and boring the pants off most of you I am just going to chose the match of the night and comment on that and then we will see where this column leads after that.

Best match of the night goes to HHH and Jericho. This match had to the best match I have ever seen HHH perform. Both guys gave us 110% and didn't stop giving until they were practically knocked unconscious. Even though the whole match was practically HHH beating the tar out of Chris, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Could have done without the blood but then again what's a last man standing match without any blood....Right? I personally cannot wait for another HHH/Jericho match.

One thing I want to address I was talking to Rebecca on the phone and for all of you who read my column two weeks ago, I stated that as long as Shane's new faction stays clear of Stephanie then it will work. I still firmly believe that. I do realize that they can't totally ignore each other but if they are not helping each other on a permanent basis then this whole new faction won't turn into a McMahon fest. But I have a feeling that sooner or later it will and then everyone who is praising now will be screaming later.

I personally am enjoying this little feud between Trish and Lita. Although I am often confused as to why Trish don't give herself black eyes I mean damn if her breasts were pushed up any further they would be blocking her view of things going on around her. It's just not natural folks....LOL!!! Anyway back to the feud, This can only get better as Lita begins to get the upper hand and I believe that is coming really soon. My guess is that the feud will end at Summerslam, just pray to god it isn't a stupid gimmick match when I know both the girls are capable of pulling off a non-gimmick match.

Just a few thoughts and I am outta here:

Can Mick Foley get any funnier?

Who told Xpac that he and Roaddogg were the Best tag team in the WWF right now? They definitely lied to him.

I like the whole new look for Stevie Richards, I just have a feeling that this gimmick will be around for a while and he plays it to perfection.

A belated b-day wish to Kevin Spacey....41 years old 07/26/00

Survivor is getting good, down to the nitty gritty.....My choice for winner take all....Gervase....I don't know why but damn that boy has some luck.

Well sorry for the crappy column this week but you will have to forgive me.

Until next Time

Keep it Real
