BLAH

IN THE ZONE

Hey all, Please bear with me this week, I just got back from a softball game. In which we won, barely but none the less we won. I finally got some e-mail last week, Thanks to all that sent me mail. I have had some requests from people to let you in on who my fave WWF ref is......Well too bad. No just joking, I will give you a hint.....It's a guy.......LOL!!! Okay seriously here is the hint....He is very cute and no his name is not Mike (Hell if I know how to spell his last name.....LOL). So there's this week hint. If you can guess it then hey you will have my respect for life. (Quick Note: Rebecca and Sharon are already disqualified....They already have my respect and hey they know).

Alright one more thing and I will get to wrestling I promise. Just wanted to shout out to all Atlanta Braves fans....Sorry about John Rocker, personally I feel it couldn't of happened to a nicer person.

Without further ado.....

HIT MY MUSIC

I watched the first hour of Nitro was going to tape the second hour in my niece's bedroom but the VCR died. Which I am glad I heard that the Ric Flair/Russo match was horrendous. I must say that I wished the Booker (sorry I refuse to call him G.I. Bro)/Kidman Match could've lasted longer. I like that match and personally felt it was good until Torrie had to stick her nose in it. I didn't get to see the Goldberg/Abbott match but I think it was very smart of WCW to put Goldberg at the top of the hour. Whether it helped them in the ratings for that quarter is unknown to me, but I must it admit it was good thinking. Enough Nitro....on to Raw.

The whole opening segment was great, I mean at first I was like "Oh god another 20 minutes over mindless blabber", but much to my enjoyment it was excitement (and didn't last 20 minutes). We find out that HHH is pissed at Vince while Vince is pissed at HHH and Shane being pissed off at both of them. All over a little bit of miscommunication between the three. Stephanie proceeds to slap all three of them leading the Rock to deliver a great promo. I mean damn can the guy get any funnier...I think not.

The Beniot/Roaddogg match was pretty decent, I guess. Well except for the fact that X-pac couldn't keep his greasy grubby little fingers off Chris. Kinda pissed me off. What I am about to say is really going to hurt me....Hey I am a Roaddogg fan. I guess its true when old time (Before WWF) fans say that Chris Beniot can carry anyone to a great match even on a bad night.

Crash Holly's desire to win the Hardcore title back is nothing short of hilarious. I love his little boy act and the man has tons of heart. I can also see a hint of talent in there, hell nothing a little practice and finishing won't fix.

Okay the Rock winning the triple threat match is no surprise here. I mean I am always up a HHH/Rock Match. Well at least when they are as good as one of their first matches. Yea I am talking about the ladder match for the intercontinental title. Hey I must admit that was the best match I have seen these two guys pull off together. Minus the 60 min iron man match....I was also impressed at the guys for being able to pull it off and make it at least somewhat exciting. But anyway to get back to my point, the triple threat match was what I was expecting. I knew HHH would interfere causing the both the Undertaker and Kane to lose. Its like he is scared to face them and very well he should be. Did the Rock actually sell that chairshot?....WOW!!

Why oh why did they pair Dean with the Godfather. Dean is an absolute master in the ring. He is truly the man of 1000 holds and yet he is stuck with an untalented overrated gimmick man. The man couldn't get over if he didn't have the ho's and plus didn't the WWF learn their lesson with D-lo? Maybe they (the WWF) think that Dean can somehow make the Godfather look better but the only way that can happen is to keep the Godfather totally and completely out of the match.

Last but not least the Title match between the Rock and HHH. Pretty decent match with a clusterfuck (Rebecca's word)ending. Didn't HHH say he wanted no help, no one from the faction to make there way down to ring and interfere. It's hard to believe that this was a pretty decent match before Shane, Roaddogg and Xpac came down to help. I was really into it and quite frankly hoping for a clean ending. But then I remembered I was watching the WWF and that hardly happens in McMahonville. So I have to deal with the clusterfuck ending to an overall lame ass Raw.

Some thoughts and I am outta here.

  • Just wanted to tell Christian that Rochester does have a sports team. AAA Baseball but hey they have a team.

  • Poor Trish, I never thought I would say that....LOL!!! I thought she may suffocate.

  • How the hell did Kevin Kelly get his job and also please can someone put Mark Madden out of his misery.

Well I would love to write more but I got a killer headache.

    Until next time

    Keep it real
