CHRIS BIRD: Nobody makes me mark out harder and more often than D-Lo
Brown. Although Jericho and Benoit come close.

EDC: The Usual Suspects win the top two spots in the Brawler award. Masato
Tanaka is in there for diversity.

RFLAGG13: Mankind has been a long time favorite of mine, so he
emphatically earns the top spot on my list. Second goes to one of the best
damned in-ring heels I've seen in a long time, Yoshihiro Tajiri. Damn, can
this guy throw some devastating kicks or what? Plus, I mark out for the
Tarantula. Third goes to The Rock, who despite really needing to learn
some new moves and how to sell them, is one of the best personalities in
the history of wrestling. Give him a few years, and he might be up there
with Ric Flair in consistently great interviews.

K. CANZANELLA: Shocker was my fave wrestler this year. Combine great
wrestling ability, great flying ability, and great dick heel attitude and
you get my ideal wrestler. I mark for Black Warrior. He's a great, great
wrestler who probably would have taken first but he fell out of the
shuffle later this year and didn't get to do much. Abismo Negro is very
very mean and I like very very mean wrestlers.

NATHAN LONEY: I'm a Rock mark, through and through. 17. NATHAN LONEY: I
said it when he was in the WWF, and I'll say it again... I get worried
that Erik Watts has a career in wrestling. He totally sucks.

SVEN MASCARENHAS: RIP, Rocket - you were the greatest. The Blondz bring up
the rear.

FALCONARROW: Yes, I did vote for Scott Hall. What is your problem? :)

MATTHEW CLEARY: Kyoko Inoue is still my favorite, after all these years.

SHAWN MULLIN: No one makes me mark out like Jericho. No matter what he
does, I'm always into it. It's fun to be a mark again, and no one really
brings that out in me like Jericho does. His debut had me freaking out,
and I'm constantly entertained. Hart and Benoit are also good old
Canadian boys who tell damn good stories in the ring, that's what I like
:)

MAX CHITTISTER: I have lots of favorites, and only three votes. God, I'd
love to vote for D-Lo, Stevie, Test, and Shane, too. Even if workrate is
dropping and match quality is plummeting, there are a lot of charismatic
performers out there that I have fun watching.

JBELL55146: I laughed more from Rock and Sock then I have at any wrestlers
in a long time. And Benoit is just the essense of cool.

PAUL SHOCK: When the Y2J countdown comes on, you can't tear me away from
the TV.

BLOB: It's hard not to give Bret Hart the award. I know he whines and
cries a lot, but he has been impressive this year. His work is not as good
as say, 1994, but excellent, nonetheless. As a Jerichoholic, Y2J is a
no-brainer for me. And an underrated great wrestler in Lance Storm is my
choice for #3.

ADNAN VIRK: Is vince a wrestler? Well he fought a few matches and won the
title, so I say that puts him in the catagory.

JOHN C.:I saw Chris Jericho's 8th match of his career back in 1992 and
from that day I was a Jerichoholic and will continue to be one till the
day I die. His debut in the WWF was remarkable and he's a class act all
the way, there's nothing bad to say about this guy.

RICHARD BEAUBIEN: The same as 1 and 5, except that Jericho makes the
list. Although he isn't wrestling in as many good matches, Jericho stick
work and antics still make a good watch. I don't know where the Chyna
angle may go, but if Jericho wasn't in it then it would be a 10000 times
worse. Benoit and Eddy rule, nuff said.

JAN-MORTIZ KAEDING: I can't put Mankind at No.1 because (a) I do have a
girlfriend and (b) I don't want to be like Steve Austin :). So Eddie gets
first, Mick second and Jericho third.

JOE GENTILE: 1st: Foley is God! Accept it and worship him. Jericho is
now second, as his antics as Y2J even supass his ring efforts. 3rd: I can
not believe that Hardcore Holly is the same guy who drove a friggin' race
car! He rules now!

JOE GAGNE: Chris Jericho's a joy to behold, whether he's on the stick or
in the ring. What Chris Benoit lacks in personality he more than makes up
for it in intensity. And D'Lo always puts in a great effort, and could
really be on of the stars of the future.

DAVID HANNA: I respect Austin a lot. For one, I don't believe the crap
the internet says about him. The guy does job. He works his ass off,
even at house shows. For someone as massively over has Austin he never
takes a day off. Mankind is a joy to watch. I hope he sticks around a few
more years. He is funny and great on the stick. After reading his book I
have a new found apperciation for the man they call Mankind. Everyone
loves The Rock. Well, except some workrate freak internet smarts. Let's
face it, the guy is an entertainer. The first of a new breed of wrestler
who will get over by entertaining and not wrestling. The masses don't
care if you sell or do a hurcanrana. They want to be entertained. The
Rock does it for me.

JAMES GOWDEY: Sure, D'Lo's probably not going to win in this category, but
if he ever comes across these awards, at least he'll see that he's got
people that think he's one kick-spoony dude, dude.

SEAN FLYNN: This is the first year where Ric Flair wouldn't find a way
into this list_.hoping for better things in 2000.

BEN MILLER: Austin is the man, but I love Foley and Juvy, too.

KEVIN WONG: I have Edge listed here (probably the only vote for him) , but
he's a pretty cool guy. And plus, how can you not like a guy who, in a
real-life angle, is dating to Val Venis' sister (last I heard, anyways) .
But when all is said and done, I'm still an admitted Jerichoholic.

B. SZPAKOWICZ: Shawn Michaels. :) Yeah, I know he doesn't wrestle anymore.
But I can dream, surely? Seriously, Chris Jericho became my favourite
active wrestler in the WWF about, oh, a whole three seconds after his
debut. And since I hate WCW and am utterly ambivalent to ECW, there's the
top vote. Mankind gets second, and I really wish he could have gotten one
higher. There's about a dozen people who could get third, so I'll randomly
give it to, say, Edge, cause he's Canadian.

SEZ OF SEED: With his shots against Wal-Mart (and the fact that he hates
The Rock, too) , I've got to let Al Snow creep up on Mick Foley to take
that coveted #1 spot. Although he still doesn't have a snowball's chance
in hell here, pardon the pun.

RYAN GRANT: Two of my favorites are in the ECW, Mike Aweseom and Jerry
Lynn. They both rank behind Kane, though. Can't explain why I like the
big lug, but I really do.

RICK SCAIA: Something as subjective as "Most Favorite" needs little
justification. But Mick Foley tops my list for sheer all-around
entertainment value. His matches have dropped off a bit, but he's more
than made up for it with other elements of his performance. The Rock
keeps getting better in the ring every time out (and I hope he keeps on
improving) , and is also gold on promos; an easy runner-up. Rob Van Dam
gets third on my list, based sheerly on in-ring work.

JUSTIN JONES: Space Mountain may be the oldest ride in the park, but it's
still got the longest line, jack! WHOOO!

JASON BALDWIN: After months and months of build-up, the only true, happy,
perfect mark-out moment for me was when Jericho came out at the end of the
millennium countdown and ran down The Rock. I must have watched that a
half-dozen times that night.

OTTO "HACK-MAN" HEUER: For Favorite Wrestler, it should surprise no one
that Benoit was my top pick. Psicosis (as a write-in) gets second, and
I'm still pissed he had to lose the mask. Third this year goes to Lenny
Lane as a write-in, since I've watched him from the front row in his
rookie matches in Minnesota as he climbs his way up to superstardom. I'd
love to put my two latest mark-out moment evokers (Super Crazy and Tajiri)
but there isn't room. P.S. Finlay is listed at least twice again; make
sure the totals are added together.
